Go-Models International Limited trading as go-models collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. We use a website hosting operator to host the website, but we still remain responsible for your personal information as the host is only a data processor.

Please note that while, in order to upload your profile we collect, store and process basic biometric data that you submit to us including (but not limited to) weight, size, dress-size, hair and eye color, this will not include any biometric data that is considered special category data under current data protection laws (i.e. biometric data resulting from specific technical processing which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or fingerprint data).

      4. Email Tracking Systems like Mailgun and Newsletters System like Amazon SES, inside and outside the EU; and
      5. Hotjar, to track user activities, inside and outside the EU
      6. We are using Tidio, a chat platform thatconnects users with our customer support. We may collect emailaddresses/names/phone numbers only with the consent of the users, in orderto start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidioapplication. For more information, please refer to their Privacy Policy. We are not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up onusers’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed andtransmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    2. contact information, financial data, and data concerning the products and services you have purchased from us from providers of technical, payment and delivery services Paypal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard based inside and outside the EU;
    3. identity and contact data from publicly available sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the EU.

3. Who we share your personal information with

  • In order to provide you with the services and offers you wish to make use of, we will share your details within our group of companies, namely itellico internet solutions Limited.
  • We may share your information with law enforcement or other authorities, banks, debt collection services, IT service providers or professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services
  • We may also share your information with third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
